That was actually part of what I was saying when I wrote out what the names appeared to be on the second page, if we presume that the last one on the first page IS a MacDougal (or a McDougal, whichever) then there are FIVE people with M surnames:
  1.. The one on the bottom of the first page (...Dougal, Isabel)
  2.. Mac......(Dougal, Morag?)
  3.. Mac.....(Millon, Ernie?)
  4.. Mal(foy, Draco)
  5.. Moon.
This means that Morag and Ernie can still fit in even if Isabel IS another character with the same (or slightly different -Mc-) surname as Morag.

That would point to me that rather than Isabel being changed to Morag, that either Isabel no longer exists fullstop (rather than her name begin changed to Morag) or else there is yet ANOTHER character with a "Mac" surname (Isabel being the unchanged Morag, Ernie being next and then another unknown character).

As I put in the other post the list appears to be:
