But despite (or rather, because of) their inherent rule-breaking 
natures, they both received Special Awards for Services to the School 
and 200 points apeice for Gryffindor as a result of their search for 
the Chamber of Secrets.  I somehow doubt that such things aren't 
taken into consideration when prefects are chosen.

I agree with Hermione.  I think it would be highly amusing to see her 
conflicted with her prefect duties and her natural desire to help out 
with the adventures of Harry and Ron.  Somehow, I think they would 
manage to get around her somehow.

Trina, who doesn't think Harry is boring either.
