My own worst name contribution, from seven years in pediatrics ....
"Orangejello"  (pronounced Or-AHN-zhello) and his twin "Yellowjello" 
(Yel-LOW-zhello).   Sheesh!  Why not just name your child 
"My-parents-are-sadistic-idiots"?
