Thanks, Jim.  That is a much better way to put it.  My own mind somehow 
refuses to accept that Harry is necessarily monogamous.  He might be happiest 
with the freedom to have less-than-committed relationships with several 
persons.

I do think Harry is at least a bit of a loner in that he seems to value his 
independence.  He does get a lot of help from his friends, but he also has 
quite a tendency to wander off (sometimes into dangerous places) alone.
