I'm definately with everyone else on this one, I think Cary Elwes 
would make a great Lockhart. Also, as CoS is the first time we see 
Arthur Weasley, I'd just like to say that if he's not played by Hugh 
Laurie (probably most famous for his roles in Blackadder and the 
Jeeves and Wooster TV series, http://us.imdb.com/Name?Laurie,+Hugh), I 
may have to boycott the movie.
