Amy,

That would be fun!  You *do* have to know the time of day (or night) 
and the place where a person was born to do a proper chart.  I'd love 
it if we could know Sirius', Remus', & Severus' charts as well.  


As for numerology, that could be easily done, although it works best 
if you know the person's full name.
