Well, yeah, Filch is another option, as he's the only person who's
been identified as a squib (there aren't any others we've been told
about yet, right?), though to me, Petunia would be more fun (or
Dudley). Since Filch is the only squib we know, JKR saying someone
would develop magical power later in their life would be too much of
a giveaway. I'm expecting this person to be *the last* person we
would expect, you know? Is that a hard and fast rule, that squibs
are from long wizarding lines? That they're the exceptions in
otherwise all-magic families? If so, then you're right; though I
guess JKR could have more in store regarding the Evanses...
