I have just recently joined HP4GU and have experienced neither of these problems. I guess I will have to go back and do a re-read to see what I am missing.

I have visited this site a couple of times & I'm really disappointed, 
especially in the message boards.  I don't know whether it's 
intentional or not, but there's quite a bit of bad language and 
virtually unintelligable messages.  

Just a heads-up for anyone who's considering joining.
