Stouffer's web site says that you can "reserve" a copy RatM now.  
They don't specify when they will ship.  Price is $19.95 + S&H from 
Thurman House, LLC.  I'm not willing to spend my money on a copy, nor 
do I care to make a contribution to her cause.  Maybe some moneybags 
on the group will order one and report on it.
