I spotted an interview with Ian Hart in a discarded copy of "Hot
Tickets" (a freebie listings from the London Evening Standard).
There's not too much said about his role in the Harry Potter film,
but it does give a clue to his accent:

"As Quirrell he's enunciating his lines in old fashioned RP
('received pronunciation like the Queen's speech used to be'), one of
many in his stock of dialects..."

I also liked this quote: 'I'm happy to do anything, cameos or leads,
as long as there's some meat on them. We're all prone to doing
bollocks occasionally, but I try to judge a part by asking if it's a
story I can tell in a different way.'

I guess acting in a turban with an evildoer's face attached to the
back of his head will be a breeze for this versatile actor, 36,
described in the article as "a medium-looking sort of a bloke."
