None of these are right for the tie on the person in question. We also

crest, suggesting that they are added later (magically after people have 
been sorted?).

Actually, If you look at a larger picture, I am pretty sure his tie is a 
navy/black color.  The crest is clearly very different, but I am almost 
positive his tie is black.  Or at least a darker color than the crimson of 
Hermione's.

can they put Harry on the Quiiditch team!
