We have since learnt (and I have had it officially from Jo - via Fiddy) that 
Lilly came out first.  It was a mistake, which was revised in later editions.

Pain isn't it.  GoF was a little rushed to meet the publishing deadline.  
That is not going to happen for OotP... as I posted a few days ago, OotP 
won't be published until 2002 - as Jo has only just started rewriting 
following being actively involved in pre-production of the movie.
