Sinistra - that Astronomy witch??

Earlier, Lexicon Steve stressed that Professor Sinistra was female because there was a reference to that "Astronomy witch" somewhere. Steve, could you have been thinking of the following, relating to Professor Vector? :-
"I heard her talking to Professor Vector, that Arithmancy witch, this morning. They were going on about yesterday's lesson, but Hermione can't've been there, because she was with us in Care of Magical Creatures!

If there is a reference to Sinistra being a witch, does anyone have the Chapter/page reference? Was it in GoF (that is way too long to scan for minute details...)
