Children's views on Draco

That sounds accurate.  From teaching in Florida and Michigan, I know 
that kids hate schoolyard bullies.  Draco in their eyes is an 
archetype of the mean kids in their own lives, and they don't have 
the luxury of adulthood distance from those types of situations.

Of course, I can only speak for the kids I've come in contact with.  
(I've learned to add this disclaimer.  ;))
