There's a saying "All it takes for evil to prevail is for a good man
to stand aside and do nothing." In light of Voldy's return, there
will be some who theoretically oppose him, but won't stand up and
voice that opposition, and perforce, will "support" him. Is that
what you were aiming at, Amy? At any rate, I sincerely hope that
Percy won't be in that group. I have a soft spot for the boy.
