That was me (I'm wearing it right now!) and my hubby got it at the Warner
Brothers Studio Store.  The only other place I've seen these is on e-bay.
You were able for a while to get them online, too (WB Store), but apparently
they're discontinuing their online business and the site's been down for a
while.  Good luck!
