I have noticed (and correct me if I'm wrong) that
Ginny seems to look up to Bill more than any of her
other brothers.  I think it makes sense, therfore, for
her to talk about Bill going to Hogwarts, because she
would want to follow in his footsteps.

Just my opinion...which, when I take over the world,
will be law.
