There's an article called "Harry Potter's Girl Trouble" by a woman 
who likes them books but nevertheless thinks they're somewhat sexist. 
 Her argument has some merit, IMO, but suffers from being written 
before she'd read PoA or GoF.

I don't know the author or the URL (though I think it was in Salon), 
but a search should turn it up.
