Don't forget, the Weasleys are all Griffindors. According to PS only 
Slytherins ever become dark wizards although, are we ever told which 
house Pettigrew was in? Or Sirius? Surely Sirius was a Griffindor but 
Hagrid was quite adamant that only Slytherins had ever become dark 
wizards while he knew (incorrectly) that Sirius was a bad guy.
