HP4GP files rearrangements

Sorry, I removed these drawing files during yesterday's disk quota 
emergency.  Messages were being bounced from the archive, and we had 
to do something fast.

I still have all your drawings, and will put them up on the graphics 
e-group in the next day or two.  Access to them will be via the 
portkey.

I also removed some fanfic files. I will permanently delete any that 
exist on POU. If they're not on POU we'll have to decide where they 
should go.
