Where is Fanfic and book 5...

Ok first, where is the fanfic posted? I am sure this is a duh 
question, if you know what I mean. Sorry for being dense!

And: What is the news/low-down on book 5? First of all - do we expect 
it in 2002? or do we know? Also, I am looking for any good juicy 
speculations on what is going to happen (based  more on rumours than 
what people believe) (not that what people believe isn't fascinating -
I've read ALL the messages in the past few days and I am hooked).
