Apologies, Re: Another Reminder re: Political Discussions

I read this and the "gentle reminder" thread and thought, "Huh, what 
tensions?"  Then I realized some offhand cracks of mine were probably 
the cause (since I don't recall seeing them from anybody else).  I 
beg everyone's pardon, humbly repent, and will strive to find a more 
socially acceptable way of venting my feelings on that That Which 
Shall Not Be Discussed.
