The term haiku means "amusement sentence," according to my American
Heritage Dictionary, so I figure a spoof haiku is a haihaiku.
I'm afraid you can expect more of these from me. Here are my first 5
attempts:
Full moon - West Tower
A hippogriff's shadow soars
No Merlin for Snape
The life of a hat--
All year long I think up songs
for a one night stand
All that pain for naught,
Nick. One more blow and you'd be
playing head polo
By this lake, even
in midwinter, you'll want some
Skeeter repellent
Draco in leather-
ahhh- but what's his sexual
orientation?

"Cool, sir!" said Dean Thomas in amazement.
"Thank you, Dean," said Professor Lupin,
putting his wand away again.
