On reflection, my guess is that, for reasons of server resources, we will
continue to see the self-designated names (John Walton rather than
johnwalton_crazyivan). It would be quite a server-consuming task for Yahoo
to go through every email address (bearing in mind that you can have five
separate alternative email addresses for one account) and replace it with
the Yahoo ID. This is, however, just a guess.
