Right up there with "suppressed memories", I suppose.  It's victim 
psyhcology, which was one of "ideological acts" I was thinking about 
in setting diagnostic criteria.

To bring it back to Harry Potter where it started, I never said he 
would have "PTSD" in any kind of clinical, diagnostic sense. What I do 
say is he's going to be beat up pretty badly in the War to come, and 
he's going to pay a heavy price. You don't need any diagnostic 
criteria for that.
