[HPforGrownups] Who was at Godric's Hollow and the time problem on the day our story starts

I have just had an idea about this... When he was at Privet Drive
waiting for Hagrid to arrive, Dumbledore checked his watch and
said 'Hagrid's late' or something like that. The watch resembled
very much the clock in the Weasley's kitchen. I bet it had hands
for James and Lily Potter on it, too. So maybe Dumbledore just
had to check his watch to know that something had happened
to the Potters... What do you think?
