:pouts:  Excuse me, I did not go gaga!  I love Sirius like any good HP fan 
and would make him my child's godfather in a heartbeat, but I don't think 
he's sexy.  I just put that in to give a rush to those who do.

Isn't that all the more reason to think that they wear something under them? 
  For Quidditch, probably just a t-shirt and shorts, or long athletic pants 
(sweats, Spandex) if it's cold?  This is a winter sport we're talking about, 
and decency also has its demands.

I thought the same as David about the changing on the train, but they could 
also need privacy because they have to take off their casual clothes and put 
on uniforms before their robes.

Maybe it has fastenings but when the tailor tries it out she wants to check 
the neck opening just to be sure it also fits over one's head.

In Hagrid's case it may be because of his lack of formal qualifications 
and/or his own informality:  "Call me Hagrid.  Everyone does." (PS/SS 4)
