In PoA Lupin offers Harry some tea when he invites him to his
office on the first Hogsmeade weekend. Harry doesn't have the
Marauder's Map yet, so he has to stay in the castle. It's the same
day when Sirius breaks into Hogwarts for the first time, so it's
in the chapter "Flight of the Fat Lady".

I am just listening to GoF in my car, and I am pretty sure that
Moody offers Neville some tea after their first DADA lesson,
when Neville is so shaken about the Cruciatus curse and Moody
thinks it's a good occasion to give him the herbology book
where gillyweed is mentioned.

I can't think of any other references at the moment, but I am
sure this is one of those things that JKR doesn't mention too
often because it would blow the size of the books up.
