I think Petunia has some small bit of magic in her that could come
out in "desperate circumstances".  BTW, I think she was the one who
blew up Aunt Marge who was dissing her sister at the time, after all.


She hates Lily...why would she blow up her sister....well maybe hate is a poor word.  I think she was more afraid of Lily than anything else.  Didn't want anything to do with her.
