I agree that Rita will be back, but we really don't know how much she 
does know.  Hermione captures her as Mrs. Weasley and Harry are 
hugging and Harry says he told Cedric to take the cup with him.  So 
she knows that much.  But we don't know *when* she got to the 
window.  Worst case scenerio - she was there the entire time and 
heard *everything* (Fudge denial of Voldemort's return, Dumbledore 
starting a quiet rebellion, who will join in the fight, the identity 
of Sirius, Snape leaving for who knows where, Hagrid's mission with 
Madame Maxime (assumption being to the giants), etc.  With luck (!), 
all she saw was a touching scene between Harry and Molly.
