Negatory on boths counts unfortunatly.  Current
speculation (on another board) is that she is
Professor Vector or Madam Pomphey though.

If I remember correctly there is a quicktime version
of the first trailer on www.harrypotter.com.  Don't
hold me to it though since it's been a while since I
have been to the site. (Look under the Daily Prophet
section)
