Rereading my own post, I realize that it is of course possible for *Ron* to take the Leontes role and become insanely jealous of a perceived but fictitious relationship between Harry and Hermione.  This I see as somewhat more likely, but *The Winter's Tale* is high drama for adolescents in any case.
