I hadn't thought about that- they never really mention that in the 
stories -and I haven't read all that JK has said about these things- 
I'm rereading the series right now and the the thought did come to 
mind of why not just conjure this or that- I know Bill or Charlie 
conjures up the tablecloth in GoF before they go to the match- I guess 
it didn't bother me too badly because I didn't focus too much on it-

OOHHH- that's it the answer to dieters every where- eat healthy stuff 
but conjure it to taste like cheesecake or ice cream- when the magic 
goes away you have already enjoyed the taste and the calories just 
disappear!
