I hope Voldemort dies too, however there is a huge chance that he 
will, in fact, live forever...maybe it would be just in spirit, but 
it really could go either way. So thus, I cannot give a percent...


 

The whole concept of the books is good overcomes evil.  If voldemort does not die the point of the book has been destroyed.  We can not have him live forever, the moralistic part in the book will have disappeared if that would happen.
