An idea that Narcissa Malfoy is at least part-Muggle is shared by
quite a lot of people, J.L. Matthews, for example, made her half-
Muggle in her fic "Slytherin Rising", but personally I cannot
visualise Lucius Malfoy marrying a Mudblood. I firmly believe she's
pure-blood.

I find Narcissa Malfoy pretty interesting character. We din't know
much about her:

1. She sends her son lots of sweets etc - but why? is she spoiling
him? being overprotective? does she believe that her sweet Draco
would be starving without her assistance? does she want him to look
special, privileged: "Your mums are not caring of you like that!"
I wonder why Draco likes it, it looks as if his mother thought he's a
little boy. He'll protest one day, don't you think?

2. She persuaded Lucius not to send Draco to Durmstrang - wow!!!

3. She's very, very, very important to Draco.

4. She attended quiddich World Cup with an - er - unhappy expression
on her face. Why? Why didn't she like being invited to the Top Box by
Minister of Magic himself? If she didn't, why did she show it? Why
didn't she glue a happy thank-you-so-much-for-your-kind-invitation
smile to her face (smile #11)and suffer in silence? Why did she
attend the match in the first place?
But of course, she might just notice the Weasleys and dislike the
sight...
