I think she is a more polished, wizardly version of
Petunia: she is one of those parents in whose eyes
little Draco can do no wrong. I am sure she is
pureblood, and her and Lucius must be quite a
successful couple if he listens to her re:Durmstrang.
he doesn't seem to be the listening type. As to look
at the Cup: snooty, I am beter than anyone else look.
Maybe she hates Quidditch and only came at the match
to torture Muggles.
