I feel like Rita, making multiple posts in one!

First, much speculation has been made on the Hogwarts population and
who fits in the Hogwarts Express. Here's my thought (which probably
isn't original *sigh*): can't the inside of the Express be magically
expanded like the Ford Anglia was to accommodate all the Weasleys and
Harry? I was thinking that the train may look smaller on the outside
than it really is.

Narcissa - several people have mentioned that she is a Death Eater,
but I see no evidence of that. I'm not saying I think she's an Auror
or just a sweet woman who dotes on her son, but just because her hubby
is a DE does not mean that she is too. Besides, there is no evidence
in the canon of it.

Children's Lit and violence - few things are as loathesome to me as
censorship. I continue to be flabbergasted at people who think
literature should be watered down to keep kids innocent. Innocent my
eye! Just take a look at MTV or, as someone mentioned, any cartoon on
television today. While I find "Itchy and Scratchy" to be hilarious,
it is also without a doubt the most violent cartoon I have ever seen.
Kids today are not innocent, and to try and protect them from
something written in a book is about as stupid as one can get. Many
parents choose to read GoF with their children, which is the way it
should be with possibly scary or inappropriate material. That way,
kids can ask questions and learn, instead of being shielded from
reality only to be smacked in the face by it later.

Enough ranting. Boy could I go on about that for hours!
