Why didn't the Potters disapparate?

	It's pretty clear that Apparition works only on the person casting 
the spell. Otherwise, the Weasley family wouldn't need  to travel by 
floo powder, taxi, enchanted car, etc.   Too bad L&J didn't have a 
portkey handy...but Voldemort must have some spell that keeps his 
victims from escaping, doncha think?
