Is it just me, or is there something wrong with the "Alohomora" charm. If it
allows anyone to get through, why even lock doors.

Of course, we know locks can be protected from the Alohomora charm, as we saw
in the Sorcerer's Stone Chamber. So, why didn't they protect the door to the
third-floor corridor like that. If they didn't want students going in there,
why did they make it so easy for students to get in?

And, how do wizards lock their doors? Do they all have to do this special
charm on it to keep people from unlocking it? Or do they maybe have a type
of burglary alarm, so an alarm of some sort will go off whenever a wizard
enters using the Alohomora Charm?
