       I happen to agree with you completely.  I think it would be 
impossible for Dumbledore to be on Voldemort's side because Voldemort 
has voiced his opinion against Dumbledore multiple times.  I think 
that it might have to do with the fact that now Harry and Voldemort 
are linked by something besides just their wands and that maybe 
Voldemort would be killing a part of himself if he killed Harry 
because he was reborn from Harry's blood.  That's just my guess.
