The map is mentioned during the Crouch Jr. confession. Dumbledore says 
something like "Map? What map?" It's never said if the map is returned 
to Harry. Most likely, the map was confiscated by Dumbledore or 
whomever looked through Crouch, Jr.'s things after he was 'Demented'.
This is one of those 'wait and see' things.
