Florence has been proposed as the future DADA on other boards.  I 
feel sure we will see her again.   It doesn't matter if she was 
kissing Snape, Sirius, or anyone else.  It would be nice to see 
another teacher who is in their 30's.

Actually, I kind of like your point that if it was Snape, then she 
might know plenty about the Dark Arts!
