Draco's never described as ugly. I'm sure if he had any unattractive 
features Harry would notice, so probably the fan fic authors (including 
you, Rita) are right and he's drop dead gorgeous. It just shows, IMO, 
that Godric, Helga and Rowena were lookist, but Salazar was not. 
Another reason to hope Slyths aren't all bad.
