Twice. Once, when she's trapped by the Troll in the bathroom in PS/SS, 
and once again when she wails,"There's no wood!" But Harry falls to 
pieces far more often, and Ron is upset by the very idea of the Grim. I 
think witches have just as much right as wizards to be panic-stricken.
