In GoF, Ron gets all "eh"-like when he realizes that
leprechaun gold disappears and he tells Harry
something to the tune of, "You shouldn't have gotten
me that Chudley Cannons hat for Christmas."

So Harry DOES give presents; I can't see him giving
just Ron a present and not bothering to give one to
Hermione and Hagrid and some kind of present to the
Weasleys...
