Trailer problems

Hi, everyone!

Is anyone else having problems with the trailer on the official site? 

I've tried to watch it twice; the first time I merely got a 'one item 
remaining' message & the second time I tried it seemed to seize up.  
Am I just not giving the thing enough time to load?
