But Harry has special protection while he's at the Dursley's. I'm not 
sure if Dumbledore has mentioned it, but in GoF Voldemort says 
something like 'he has protection even he does not know about 
yet...while he is in the care of his relations even I cannot touch 
him there' Anyways that's the gist of it, I'm too lazy to get the 
direct quote. Also, I think Harry would object to special priveleges, 
as well as other people (like Malfoy)
