And an order of magnitude more scary, if the rumors are true that
Harry will be expelled in Book 5 (and his precious, Voldy-fighting
wand snapped in two??)!!

Personally, though, I'm not convinced they really break wands in
in two... Why does Hagrid's seem to work well (for growing
pumpkins and putting curly tails on bullying gits, anyway)?

Not a bad idea... Maybe a spare Fawkes-wand will be part of the
Hogwarts uniform next year.
