My wife just made an interesting observation. She pointed out, when I 
mentioned that Lily and Petunia's names were both flowers, that 
Malfoy's mother's name is ALSO a flower (with a letter or two 
changed). Now wouldn't it be interesting if Narcissa Malfoy's maiden 
name was also Evans...
