dining hall in movie stills

If you lighten the picture from the movie stills, in the one where they are tossing their hats into the air (which btw, is this in the book? I think not) ... in the lower right hand section, while everyone else is looking up at the hats, some redheaded boy is busy doing something else entirely. Any comments? One of the Weasley twins pulling a prank?
